STEP 1:
Please submit images as a .zip file no larger than 100mb
Your individual images should be .jpgs of 1.5 to 2mb
*You must label both the .zip file and submission title with today's date as: yymmdd format:
For Example: Aug. 21 2011 becomes 110821
STEP 2:
If we select any of your images, we will ask you to upload the RAW files and necessary releases in a follow up submission. For RAW file uploads please use the original submission title and add the word "RAW".
As per the above example: 110821RAW

The images you are presently submitting (collectively “Image(s)”) are for initial evaluation purposes only by Cavan Images. You retain all rights in and to these evaluation Image(s). If we are interested in any of these images we will contact you and ask for the RAW files of the selected images as well as any necessary releases after which we’ll send out payment as per the terms set forth in the Artist Agreement you’ve signed. Please note, any Image(s) that is submitted for evaluation by Cavan Images may be digitally destroyed by it on its server computers and removed from its electronic records. No hard copies will be maintained. In view of the foregoing, you are advised to maintain duplicates of all submitted Image(s). You represent and warrant that all submitted Image(s) are original to you, that you have not infringed on any rights of any third party and that you have the right to submit the Image(s) for evaluation purposes and potential transfer of copyright.
